Vastu Construction

Our place is over on Plot No 65, Pipla Road, which is just off Hudkeswar Road in Nagpur. Being near the police station makes it easy for people to find us if they haven’t been here before. Nagpur is expanding so fast these days, and Pipla Road is right in the middle of all that new growth. We spend most of our time out on plots, looking at soil or checking how the brickwork is coming along. It’s a lot of outdoor work, so we’re always dealing with the weather, whether it’s the rain or that famous Nagpur heat that never seems to end. The office is really just a base where we keep the blueprints and take some rest between site visits. We don’t have any polished sales pitch or a fancy website. Usually, a guy will come by because he saw our sign or heard from a neighbor that we were working on another house nearby. We talk about budgets and how many rooms they need, and then we get to it. There’s always some noise from the road or the construction nearby, so it’s never really quiet around here. We have a few regular laborers who have been with us for a long time. It’s just honest work, building walls and laying roofs. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build decent houses for the families around here. It's hard work, but we are used to the dust and the long hours.
