Vaishali Kirana Store

We are right near the Ganesh Mandir in Brahmapuri Colony. You can hear the temple bells from inside the shop when they do the prayers. Vaishali Kirana Store is just a small place packed with bags and boxes. I spend a lot of time moving things around to make space for new stock. The address is 150 Brahmapuri Colony, near the Ganesh Mandir. It gets busy in the mornings when everyone realizes they are out of sugar or tea leaves. I have lived around here a long time so I know most of the faces. Some people come in just to complain about the heat. I agree with them because the shop gets stuffy. I have a small radio that plays old songs in the corner. It helps pass the time when no one is around. My son helps me sometimes but he prefers his phone. I tell him to watch the customers. We have everything from soap to lentils piled up on the shelves. Sometimes things get hidden behind other things. I have to climb a ladder to reach the top. It is a bit wobbly so I have to be careful. The floors need sweeping twice a day because of the dust from the road. It is just a regular shop for regular people. We do not do anything special. We just open the doors and sell what people need for their kitchens. I stay open late because people always forget one thing at the last minute.
