Unity Diesel

Our shop is at Plot-12 in the Baba Santosh area, right by Kalamna Market. If you know the market, you know it’s a hectic place with a lot of trucks and noise. We deal with diesel engines and parts. Most of the time, our hands are covered in oil. It’s just the nature of the work. We see a lot of truck drivers and farmers who need their engines looked at. We don’t have a big corporate setup. It’s just a workshop with tools scattered around and shelves full of parts. We’ve been in this spot for a good while. People come to us because they know we’ve seen these engines a thousand times before. We don't talk much, we just listen to the engine and try to figure out what’s wrong. Sometimes it's a simple fix and sometimes it takes all day. The market is right there, so there's always something happening. We drink a lot of tea and spend our hours under hoods or at the workbench. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just want to get the engines running again so the drivers can get back on the road. It’s a dirty job, but someone has to do it. We’ve got a small crew and we all know our way around a diesel motor. If you’re down near Kalamna and have engine trouble, you’ll probably end up at our door sooner or later. It’s what we do every single day.
