Umesh Soft Drink

I have been running Umesh Soft Drink on Street No. 4 for some time now. We are located in Sindhi Colony, which is quite close to Vidhyuth Nagar. It is mostly a residential area, so things are a bit quieter here than on the main roads. I opened the shop because I noticed there wasn't a good place nearby for people to grab a quick drink. The shop is small and I do most of the work myself. I spend my mornings taking deliveries and stacking the shelves. The street is a bit narrow, so when the supply trucks come, it gets a little crowded outside. I try to keep the place tidy, but it's a working shop, so there are always empty crates lying around. People from the colony stop by in the evenings mostly. It is nice to chat with the neighbors while they pick up their stuff. I don't have any big lights or flashy signs. It’s just the name on the front. In the summer, the heat is quite something, so the coolers are always running. I keep an eye on them to make sure they don't give out. It is a simple business. I just provide what people need when they are walking home or out running errands. It is a honest living and I like being my own boss here in Sindhi Colony. Sometimes the neighborhood kids come by after school and the place gets a bit loud, but I don't mind. It's good to see the same faces every day. I try to sweep the front at least twice a day because of the leaves from the trees on the street.
