We are based at 11 Shivaji Nagar, right on North Ambazari Road. True Value Spaces is basically a small team that deals with logistic and industrial parks. It sounds like a big title, but really we just spend our time looking at properties and helping people find the right space for their warehouses or factories. Our office in Shivaji Nagar is pretty simple. We have some desks, a lot of maps, and plenty of coffee to keep us going through the day. We aren't the kind of people who wear suits every day unless we really have to. We prefer being out on the sites, looking at the actual land and the buildings. Nagpur is a growing city, and we’ve seen a lot of changes around North Ambazari Road lately. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a set of corporate values printed on the wall. We just try to be honest with people about what a space can and can’t do. If a park isn't right for someone, we tell them. It’s easier that way for everyone involved. We’ve built a decent reputation just by being straightforward and not overpromising things. It’s a busy job with a lot of driving around, but it’s interesting to see how the local industry is developing. We’re just a local business trying to help other businesses find a place to grow and get their work done.
