You can find A B Cellular on the first floor of Masrani Bhawan, which is located on Abhyankar Road in Dhantoli. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is always full of cars and people going to the nearby clinics. The building is a typical older structure, and the stairs can be a little steep if you are not used to them. Inside, the shop is mostly taken up by mobile phones, various chargers, and heaps of spare parts. It is not the most modern-looking place, but it works for what we do. We spend hours every day hunched over small screens or trying to fix tiny parts that have stopped working. The lighting isn't the best, so we have a few extra lamps on our workbenches. People come in with all kinds of problems, from cracked screens to phones that won't charge anymore. We try to be helpful and just explain what is wrong without using too much technical talk. Dhantoli is a good area to be in, and we have gotten to know many of the regulars who walk down Abhyankar Road. Our desk is usually covered in tiny screws and tools that we use for the repairs. It is just a small local spot where we do our best to handle whatever phone issues come through the door. We don't have a fancy lobby, just a couple of chairs for people to wait.
