Thinkaarthik Llp is based out of Nagpur, right in the Ladpura area. Our address is house number 538 on JM Thakar marg, which is over in Itwari. This part of the city is usually quite bustling with people and shops nearby. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We don't have any of those modern glass walls or anything. It's just a solid place where we can sit down and focus on our tasks. Being in Maharashtra, we get our fair share of heat, so the fans are almost always running. We've been at this location for a decent amount of time and people in the neighborhood know us. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a practical space. We handle our daily routine without making a big deal out of it. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we know how to get things done without much talking. The street outside can get noisy with the traffic and the local markets, but we don't mind it much. It feels like real life. We just open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished. There’s no big philosophy behind it. We are just a local business doing what we do in the heart of Nagpur. It’s a simple arrangement that works well for us. We've got our own way of doing things and it suits us fine.
