Our place is House No 3443 in Jari Patka, right near Bhim Chowk. If you know where Lakshmi Photo Studio is, we are just a short walk from there. It’s a busy part of town. We spend most of our days working on different marketing projects for various developments. The office is basically just a few rooms where we keep our files and meet with people who are interested in what we’re doing. It’s not one of those glass buildings you see in the city center. It’s a real house and that makes it feel more comfortable for everyone who stops by. We like being close to the local shops and the noise of the street. It feels more connected to the people. There’s always someone coming in to ask questions or drop off some documents for us to look at. We try to keep things organized, but it gets a bit messy when we have a lot of projects going on at once. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we know the neighborhood like the back of our hand. We don’t do much advertising. People mostly hear about us from their friends or family. We sit down, have some water or chai, and talk through the details of the projects. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. No big speeches or fancy presentations. We just show what’s available and let people decide for themselves.
