Terra Ark And Farms Llp is located over in Shambhu Nagar, specifically in the Muni Shambhinath CHS. We are in the Mankapur area of Nagpur. It’s a decent neighborhood, not too loud but close enough to the main parts of the city. Our office is unit 3306A. We deal with farm management and land stuff mostly. Nagpur is a good place for this kind of work because there’s a lot of land around the city limits. We spend our time between the office and visiting different sites. It’s a small team, just a few of us who have been in the business for a while. We don't put on any airs. If you came by, you’d probably see a lot of maps and papers spread out on the table. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets a bit messy when we’re busy. The weather in Nagpur can be really tough in the summer, so we do most of our outdoor work early in the morning. Shambhu Nagar is a decent spot, though parking near the society can be a headache if you come at the wrong time. We’ve got a small balcony in the office where we keep some junk and some old files. Nagpur gets so hot that we have to keep the curtains drawn most of the afternoon. We mostly talk to people over the phone or meet them out at the farm sites. It’s a lot of driving.
