Target Associates

If you're looking for Target Associates, we’re located at Plot No-D11 on Central Bazar Road. We’re in the Gandhi Bagh part of Ramdaspeth, very close to the Centre Point Hotel. It’s a busy part of the city, and there’s always a lot of noise from the street, but we’ve learned to tune it out after all this time. Our office is a bit of a mix of old and new. We have some modern computers, but they’re sitting on desks that have been with us since we started. The walls are covered in maps and notes because we like to see everything laid out in front of us. We aren't big on digital organizers; we still use a lot of paper and pens for our daily tasks. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed, though we do work hard. There’s no dress code, so you’ll usually find us in whatever is comfortable for the weather. We have a small corner where we keep a stash of snacks and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use throughout the morning. People sometimes wander in thinking we’re part of the hotel or looking for a different shop, and we’ve gotten used to giving directions. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy signage. Most of our work comes from people we’ve known for years or through word of mouth. It’s a grounded way to operate, and being in Ramdaspeth means we’re never far from a good place to grab lunch.
