Taj Malik Kirana Stores

We have been running Taj Malik Kirana Stores here in Mominpura for quite a while now. You can find us at Malik Manzil on Hydri Road, right near Hadri Masjid. It’s a busy spot in Nagpur and we like it that way. My family lives right here and we know most people who walk through the door by name. We stock the usual stuff like rice, lentils, oil, and spices that everyone needs for their kitchen daily. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded in the evenings when everyone gets off work, but we try to get through the line fast. We don't have fancy shelves or anything, just the things people actually use. If we run out of something, just tell me and I'll see if I can get it in the next delivery. It is a small space but we make it work. Most days it’s just me or one of the boys sitting at the counter. We open early in the morning so the neighborhood can get milk and bread before breakfast starts. Living in Nagpur means dealing with the heat, so we keep the fans going. It’s a simple life running a grocery store. We don't do big advertisements. People just know we are here because we've been on Hydri Road for years. If you are passing by the mosque, you will see the sign. It’s nothing special, just a place to buy your salt and sugar without much fuss and get back home to your family.
