We are based in Kothari Mansion, which sits on Humpyard Road in the Sitabuldi area of Nagpur. If you are looking for us, we are right behind the Hardeo Hotel, which is a big landmark around here. Sitabuldi is always crowded, so finding a place to park a scooter can be a real headache some days. Our office is tucked away in the mansion, which is one of those old-style buildings with high ceilings and thick walls. It stays a bit cooler inside because of that, which is nice during the summer months. We have a few desks pushed together and a lot of files stacked up in the corners. Sujay Services has been operating from this same room for years. We know the neighbors well, and the tea guy knows exactly how much sugar we like in our afternoon cups. There is a lot of noise from the street, especially the honking, but we have learned to tune it out while we work. The floor is that old stone type that stays gray no matter how much you sweep it. We don't have any flashy posters or corporate decorations. It is just a place where we come to get the work done and talk to the people who walk in. Most days are pretty much the same, filled with paperwork and phone calls, but we like the familiarity of this spot behind the hotel.
