Starms Agro Science Private Limited

It is a bit different running Starms Agro Science Private Limited out of a house. We are based at C/O Dattatray Pawar, House No 4 in Laxmi Takli. It’s a quiet spot, and you can hear the birds most mornings when we start our day. Working from a village like this makes sense since the farms are right there. We spend a lot of time looking at how plants grow and what makes them grow better. It’s not just about science in books; it’s about what happens in the dirt here in Laxmi Takli. Dattatray’s place is easy to find once you get into the village. We have some equipment and we spend our hours testing things out. It’s a small operation, just a handful of us really. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls, just a regular house where we get things done. Sometimes we walk out to the nearby plots to see how things are looking. The village life is slow but the work is constant. We have to keep track of the seasons and the weather because they dictate everything. If the rain is late, our work changes. If it’s too dry, we look at other things. It’s practical work that helps the people around us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the science part of farming without making a big fuss about it. There’s always something to learn from the soil. We are just people from the village working for the village.
