Southernseas Education

Our office is located in Nagpur, specifically at Plot No 375 in Kunjilal Peth on Rameshwari Road. We are actually inside the Dr Ramteke House, which gives the place a very different feel than a standard office building. It’s more like being in a home than a corporate space. For Southernseas Education, this works out well because it’s a quiet and steady environment. We have our desks set up in the rooms and there’s usually some paperwork piled up related to schools and applications. Nagpur gets incredibly hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure the coolers are running properly so we can actually focus on our work. We aren't a big operation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us here. We handle a lot of questions from students and parents, mostly over the phone or through emails. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s peaceful for the most part, except for the occasional street vendor passing by. We don't have a big sign out front or any flashy advertisements. People usually find us because they know the address or have heard about us through word of mouth. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things. We just come in, sit down at our desks, and try to help people figure out their next steps in education. It’s simple, honest work and we’re happy to be doing it here in Kunjilal Peth.
