You can find us at 1 Sadguruwadi, in the Old Babulkheda area of Nagpur. It’s a part of town that’s been around for a long time. Our office is right there, and it’s where we help people with their plans for going overseas. It’s not a high-tech office with touchscreens or anything. We mostly use a lot of paper forms and folders. There are stacks of files on the desks and a few maps on the walls. We spend a lot of time talking to students or workers who are looking to move. It’s a lot of listening to their stories and trying to figure out which forms they need to fill out. The office is a bit small, so it can feel crowded when a whole family comes in. We have a couple of ceiling fans that keep the air moving during the Nagpur heat. It’s a very local operation. We know the people in the neighborhood, and often our clients come to us because they heard about us from a neighbor. We don't put out big ads. We just sit in our office in Old Babulkheda and do the work. It’s a lot of detail-oriented stuff, checking dates and names on passports. Sometimes we have to explain the same thing a few times, but we don’t mind. It’s just the way it goes when you’re dealing with something as big as moving abroad. We’re just regular folks helping other regular folks. We usually keep some water for the guests.
