We are located in the heart of the action in Nagpur, very close to the Railway Station. Being near the station means there is never a dull moment. You can hear the trains and the announcements if you listen closely enough. It is a very convenient spot for a travel business because so many people are arriving or leaving the city right here. Our office is a modest one, just a regular room where we keep our records and meet people who are looking to go somewhere. The streets around the station are always packed with rickshaws, vendors, and people carrying bags. It can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it, but we’ve been here long enough that it just feels normal now. We start our mornings quite early to keep up with the train schedules and the travelers. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some old furniture and a lot of papers. We prefer it that way because it's practical. During the monsoon, the station area gets a bit messy, and in the summer, it’s incredibly hot, but the business doesn't stop. People from all walks of life pass by our door. It’s an honest way to make a living in a city that is always moving. We don't use fancy talk or big promises, we just sit here and help people get where they need to go from the station area. The constant movement keeps us on our toes.
