Simran Designs And Associates

We’ve been over at Kamal Chowk in Nagpur for a while now. Simran Designs And Associates is just a small team working out of Plot No 64. Most people know the spot because it’s near the Old Panchsheel Post Office and Vaishali Nagar. It’s a busy area but we like it here. When we started, we just wanted to help folks with their building plans and some design work. It’s not always easy keeping up with everything, but we manage. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with blueprints and samples, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Panchsheel Nagar has its own rhythm. We mostly deal with local projects. People just walk in sometimes to ask about a wall or a floor plan. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated. There’s no big corporate vibe here. It’s just us doing the work day in and day out. We spend a lot of time looking at site photos. It’s honest work. If you’re coming from Vaishali Nagar, you’ll find us pretty easily. We don't have any fancy receptionists or anything like that. You just come in, find a chair, and we talk about what you need done. It’s pretty straightforward. The traffic outside Kamal Chowk can be a bit much in the evenings, but we’re usually wrapped up by then. We handle the paperwork and the drawings as they come. Every project is different, which keeps things interesting, even on the long days when nothing seems to go right.
