Rachana Interiors

Rachana Interiors is located at Shop No 8 in the Jeevandeep Society. We are right on Central Avenue Road in Nagpur, which is a very busy part of the city. Being near Ambedkar Square means there is always a lot of foot traffic and vehicles passing by our window. We spend our time working on interior stuff, mostly for people’s houses or small shops nearby. It’s a lot of picking out tiles, looking at paint colors, and trying to figure out how to fit a big cupboard into a small room. Our shop isn't a massive showroom with bright lights. It’s a practical space where we keep our tools and catalogs. Nagpur is a hot city, so we often talk about how to make spaces feel more airy. Sometimes the noise from Central Avenue Road makes it hard to hear each other, but that’s part of being in such a central location. We aren't corporate designers with suits; we usually have dust on our clothes from visiting sites. People around Ambedkar Square know us as the local shop for fixing up their interiors. It’s a steady business and we like the people we meet. Every project has its own little problems, like a wall not being straight or a shipment being late, but we just work through it. It’s been our way of doing things for a long time now. We just stay focused on the work at hand.
