Shyam Paper Mart

You can find Shyam Paper Mart over at Plot Number-36 in the Sut Market area. We are positioned right across from Sadhna Sahkari Bank, which is a pretty easy landmark for most folks in Gandhi Bagh. Our days are mostly filled with stacks of paper and moving boxes around. The market is usually crowded, especially in the afternoons when the trucks are trying to unload. It can be a bit loud with all the shouting and engines, but that’s just how life is in the market. We spend a lot of time checking our inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. The shop isn't very large, but we make use of every inch of space we have. There's usually a faint smell of ink and raw paper in the air here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us handling the customers and the stock as it comes. Sometimes the fans in the office don't quite keep up with the summer heat, but we keep going. We've seen a lot of changes in Gandhi Bagh over the years, but the bank across the street stays the same, and so do we. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, we do the work, and we head home. No frills or complicated systems, just paper and people. It's a lot of lifting and counting, but it keeps us busy and the bills paid at the end of the month.
