Our office is over in Ayodhya Nagar at Plot Number 24. We are right by V Tukuji Chowk, which is a spot that most locals around here know quite well. It is a bit of a residential area, so it feels a lot different than the busy city center. We have been here for a while now, helping people with their travel plans and tickets. It is a very basic setup. We have a couple of desks, some old chairs for people to sit on while they wait, and a computer that has seen better days. We handle a lot of local trips and car rentals for people in the neighborhood. Usually, folks come to us when they have a wedding or a big family trip coming up. We know most of our customers by their first names since they live nearby. It is not a high-pressure environment at all. We just sit and talk about where they want to go and what their budget looks like for the trip. Sometimes we just end up chatting about the weather or the local news for a bit. We are not trying to be the biggest agency in Nagpur. We just want to do right by the people who come to see us. The office is near the Bom Chota Tasba, so it is easy to give people directions over the phone. We just take things as they come.
