We have been operating out of this spot for a good bit of time. It is a busy area, so there is always a lot of noise from the street, but once you step inside, it gets a bit quieter. We focus on heart stuff and people who are really sick and need constant watching. Dealing with cardiac issues is a lot of work and it keeps us on our toes day and night. The staff here are just regular people who live nearby and wanted to work somewhere that mattered to the local community. We don't have a big glossy lobby or anything like that. Instead, we have chairs that are comfortable enough and a desk that has seen better days. Every morning starts with checking on the folks in the beds and making sure the machines are all doing what they are supposed to do. It can be a stressful place because of the nature of the work, but we try to keep a calm head. Tikekar Road is a familiar place for many in the city, so people usually don't have a hard time finding us. We are just a local team doing a job that needs doing, making sure the people in Congress Nagar have somewhere to go when their heart isn't acting right.
