Platina Heart Hospital

You can find us on the second and third floors of the Dhanashree Commercial Complex. We are right in the middle of Sitabuldi which is always a crowded area. Being near the Hardeo Hotel makes it easier for people to give directions when they are coming from out of town. It is a heart hospital so things can be quite serious around here. The elevators in the complex are sometimes a bit slow so a lot of us just take the stairs if we are in a hurry. We have several beds and different rooms for the patients. It’s a busy place with nurses and doctors constantly moving between the two floors. The noise from the Sitabuldi market stays downstairs mostly so it is quiet enough for the patients to rest. We don’t have a massive lobby with fountains or anything like that. It is a functional space meant for medical work. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when there are a lot of families waiting, but we do what we can with the space. The location is the main thing because it’s so central for everyone. Most of the staff has been here for years so we all know how the building works. It's an honest place where we just try to get people back on their feet and home to their families as fast as we can. It’s hard work but someone has to do it.
