We are located at House Number 331 in Ward Number 6, over in the Gajanan Nagar neighborhood. It is just a regular house in a quiet street, so it doesn't look like a business from the outside. We use the front room to meet with people and keep all our company documents. The neighborhood kids are usually playing outside, and sometimes the noise comes right through the windows. It is a very local operation and we know all our neighbors by name. We don't have a receptionist or a big staff of employees. It is just a few of us who grew up around here and know the farming life. We focus on how to help the local growers get better results from their land. We spend a lot of time sitting around a small table drinking tea and looking at handwritten notes. Gajanan Nagar is a friendly place to be. We don't use a lot of fancy technology, mostly just our mobile phones to stay in touch with everyone. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to finish our work by candlelight, but we don't mind. It is just a simple way of doing things. We are not interested in being a big corporate entity. We just want to do our part for the farmers in our own ward and the surrounding areas.
