Sharad Agrochemicals (Opc) Private Limited is based in Nagpur, over at Plot No. 9 in the Arvind Nagar Society. We are located in the Narendra Nagar area, which is mostly a residential neighborhood. It makes for a quiet place to get work done without the noise of the main city center. Our office is just a regular building on the plot. We deal with agrochemicals, which basically means we help farmers get what they need to protect their crops. It’s an OPC, so it’s a small operation, but that doesn’t mean we aren’t busy. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on shipments. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a bunch of people in uniforms. It’s a very local feel. If you come by, you’ll likely see us just sitting at our desks working through the daily tasks. We don’t use any of those big marketing words you see in brochures. We just talk about what works and what doesn’t. Nagpur can get very hot, so we try to get most of the heavy work done early in the day. The Arvind Nagar Society is a friendly place, and we’ve been here long enough that all the neighbors know what we do. It’s just a practical, straightforward business run by people who understand the local farming cycle in Maharashtra. We do our best to keep things moving for the growers.
