Sangam Travels

Our shop is number 69 in the Rahul Complex No 2, right there on the Bus Stand Road in Ganesh Peth. Being near the ST Stand means it is always noisy outside with the buses coming and going at all hours. We’ve gotten used to the sound of the horns and the people rushing by with their heavy bags. Sangam Travels isn't a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just a small space where we keep our registers and a couple of computers to check for tickets. People usually come in after they’ve been walking around the market or if they are just about to head to the bus station and realized they forgot to book a return trip. We spend most of our mornings answering the phone and writing down names. The area around Ganesh Peth is always crowded, so it can be a bit of a squeeze to find us if you aren't looking, but once you see the Rahul Complex sign, we are right there. We don't have any fancy waiting rooms, just a few stools if you need to sit while we look up your travel dates. It’s a busy life being this close to the transport hub, but it keeps us on our toes. Most days we are just happy when the internet works fast and the customers get what they need without waiting too long in the heat.
