Samartha Agrotech Private Limited operates out of Shajanand Apartment. We are in unit 101. The building is on plot 40 in Sujatalayout. It’s a decent area here in Deendayal. We’ve been here for a while now, just doing our thing. The office is basically just a regular flat converted into a workspace. It makes it feel a bit more like home, which we like. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights out front. It is just a place where we come to handle the business side of things. Sometimes it feels like we spend more time on the phone than anything else. There are a few of us here. We handle the paperwork and the logistics. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s ours. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays fairly quiet during the day. We try not to make too much noise ourselves. Being in Sujatalayout is convenient because it's easy to get around from here. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything running smoothly. There are always bills to pay and records to update. We just take it one day at a time. Nothing too complicated about how we run things. We just show up, do the work, and go home. That’s the reality of it for us at Samartha. It’s just a small team trying to keep the wheels turning without much fuss.
