Rsa Industries Ltd is situated in Ranka Bhavan, which is at 110 Dhantoli. It’s a fairly central spot. Our office isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into the space. We’ve got desks for the accounts, a small area for meetings, and shelves full of files. Dhantoli is a busy neighborhood, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We are a small team and we’ve known each other for a long time. There’s no formal dress code or anything like that; we just wear what’s comfortable for a day at the office. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or responding to emails from clients. It’s not the most exciting work in the world, but it’s important to keep the business running smoothly. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with samples and paperwork, but we try to have a cleanup every now and then. We don't go in for big speeches or fancy slogans. We just try to be helpful when someone calls with a question. Ranka Bhavan is an older building, so it has some character, though the stairs can be a bit of a workout. We’ve been here at 110 Dhantoli for a while and we like the convenience of being near the main markets. It’s a practical setup for a company like ours. We just show up every morning and get through the tasks on our list.
