Over here at Gadre Engg. Services, we operate as a dealer for JCB India Ltd in the Nagpur area. Our place is on Kamthee Road, right in front of the Nari Exchange. It’s a pretty busy road, so there is always some noise from the trucks and buses passing by. We’ve got a yard where we keep some of the equipment and a small office where we handle all the paperwork. Most of us are in work clothes because we’re often out looking at the machines or talking to drivers. The office inside is practical—nothing fancy, just some sturdy desks and a lot of filing cabinets for all the service records. We’ve been here for a good while, so most of the locals know the spot. If the Nari Exchange is on your right, you’ve probably just passed us. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out in the yard. It’s a busy environment and things can get a bit chaotic when several orders come in at once. We just take it as it comes and try to stay organized. It’s a real, boots-on-the-ground kind of business, and we wouldn't have it any other way in a place like Nagpur where the work never really stops for long.
