Reliance Retail Ltd

Our place is located over in Abhayankar Nagar, at number 295. Nagpur gets incredibly hot in the summer months, so most of our morning is spent trying to keep the place cool before the sun really hits the front of the building. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while now. It’s a pretty decent area, mostly houses and people who have lived here for decades. Being on the ground here, you get to know the rhythms of the street, like when the vegetable sellers go past or when the school kids are headed home. Reliance Retail Ltd is just the name on the door, but to most people around here, we are just the folks who are always there. We spend a lot of time checking our stock and keeping the shelves in order. It isn't glamorous work. There’s always a bit of cleaning to do because of the dust that blows in from the main road. We don't have any big speeches or grand plans. We just show up, open the shutters, and get to work. Sometimes we sit outside for a few minutes when it’s quiet just to catch a breeze. It’s a simple setup in a quiet part of town. We like the pace here. It’s not as frantic as the main market areas, which suits us just fine. We just keep things moving and try to be helpful when people come in.
