We are based out of New Bidipeth in Nagpur, at number 20. Our office is set up at the home of Shri Shriram B. Sawarkar, so it is a very personal and local kind of place. We handle engineering work here. Since we are in a residential neighborhood, the atmosphere is quite different from a big city office. We know the people who live on our street and the local shopkeepers. The work itself involves a lot of engineering details and technical planning. We have our computers and drawing tools set up in a way that makes sense for the space we have. It’s not a large operation, but we stay very busy with the projects we have. We don't have a mission statement or any promotional posters on the walls. Instead, we have shelves full of technical books and old project files. We just try to do a good job on the engineering side and make sure our plans are accurate. Sometimes we sit on the porch to talk about a project if the weather is nice. Nagpur has been our home for a long time, and we like working in this community. It’s an honest, no-nonsense environment where we just focus on the task at hand. We don't worry about being polished or corporate. We just care about the engineering work and getting it done right for everyone involved.
