Reality Farms Private Limited

Our office is located at Flat 102 in the Rajas Ekdanta building, which is on Plot No. 4 in Murli Nandan Nagar, Wathoda. Reality Farms is basically a small group of us who wanted to get more involved in the practical side of farming and land. We are tucked away in a residential area, so it’s a pretty calm place to work. We aren't some big corporate entity with hundreds of workers. It’s just a few of us in a flat, trying to organize things and make sure everything is running smoothly. We spend a lot of time on our laptops and phones, talking to people out in the fields or arranging for transport. It’s not always glamorous, and the office can get a bit cluttered with papers and samples, but it works for us. We called it Reality Farms because we wanted to stay grounded in how things actually work, not just how they look on paper. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on word of mouth and doing a decent job for the people we work with. Every day is a bit different; some days are all about logistics and other days we are just trying to catch up on paperwork. Being in a flat in Wathoda means we have to be quiet so we don't bother the neighbors, but we stay busy. We have a small balcony where we sometimes take a break and look out over the area. It’s a good place to think. We aren't trying to be the biggest company.
