Being in Parmanand Complex means there’s usually a bit of a shuffle of people coming and going. We have been focusing on ears, noses, throats, and thyroid issues here for quite a while. It’s a specific kind of work, but we like it that way. The clinic isn't huge, but it has everything we need to do our jobs. We see people from all over Bajaj Nagar and the surrounding parts of the city. Sometimes the stairs or the elevators in the complex are a bit slow, but people find their way to us eventually. We try to keep a calm atmosphere inside, even if the street outside is a bit loud with all the commerce and the traffic. The rooms are set up simply. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with the decor. It’s just a clinic. We sit with patients, listen to what’s wrong, and do what we can to help. It’s a very human way of working. Most of us have been here long enough that the smell of the clinic and the sound of the Bajaj Nagar traffic just feels like part of the day. We are just doing our part here in the complex, keeping things running and seeing our patients until the day is done.
