To get to Dr Sushants Asthma & Respiratory And Dr Sushant Sleep Clinic, you have to head over to Hayat Medi Care on Khare Marg Road. We are up on the 6th floor, so the elevator ride takes a minute, but it gives you a pretty decent view of Dhantoli Garden if you look out the window in the hallway. The clinic is a mix of two different specialties, so we have a lot of different machines for breathing and sleep tests sitting around. It’s not the biggest office, and sometimes the boxes of supplies are stacked up in the corner because we ran out of shelf space. The carpet is a dark color that has seen a lot of feet over the years. We have a small area where people can sit, and we usually have a news channel running on a small TV to keep the silence away. Dhantoli is a busy area, but being on the 6th floor helps muffle the sound of the traffic a bit. We spend a lot of time cleaning the masks and the tubes used for the tests. It isn't a very flashy place, but it’s where we do our work every day. The staff mostly keeps to themselves unless there is a patient needing help with the paperwork. We just try to keep the schedule moving so nobody is sitting around for too long. It works for the doctor and it works for us.
