Our office for Ramtek Krushivikas Farmer Producer Company Limited is at House No-539 in the Mahatma Fule Ward. It’s right on Rakhi Talaw Road in Ramtek. If you know the area, you know it’s a busy little spot. We are in the Nagpur district, and we focus on helping the local farmers get their products ready for the market. We are a small group and we don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. Our walls have maps and schedules on them, not awards. We spend a lot of time talking to the growers about what they are planting and what kind of help they need with supplies. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Farming in Ramtek has its own set of challenges, so we try to stick together. We don't have a marketing department writing fancy slogans. We just work on the logistics of moving crops from the farms to the buyers. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up because we’d rather be out talking to people than sitting at a desk. We just want to make sure the agriculture business in our ward stays strong. It’s a local effort by local people who have lived here forever. That’s the way we like to keep it. We just do our bit.
