Rakesh Kirana & General Store

We are located at Shop No 26 on Tehsil Road in the Gandhibagh area of Nagpur. It gets quite busy around here, especially being so close to Today Fashion Mall. Most days start early for us when the sun is just coming up over the city. This part of Nagpur has a lot of energy and people are always moving around, going to work or heading to the market. We have been sitting here at this spot for a while now, watching the traffic go by on Tehsil Road. It is just a small place, nothing fancy, but it serves the folks living around here. When the weather gets hot like it usually does in Nagpur, the fans inside the shop barely keep up. People stop in for their daily items on their way home. Sometimes the mall traffic makes it hard to find a place to stand outside, but we manage. Being in Gandhibagh means you see all sorts of people every day. We just keep our shelves stocked and wait for the next person to walk through the door. It is a straightforward life running a shop in 440002. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything, just keeping the shop open and talking to the neighbors who come by for their staples. It feels like home here on this street.
