Radke Agro Industries Private Limited

We run our business out of House Number 42/1 in Ward Number 02, over in Ajani. It’s Umesh Bhagwantraoji Radke’s place. We’re a private company, but it’s really just a family affair. We’ve turned a part of our home and the surrounding property into a workspace for our agro-industry. It’s not a huge factory with a thousand workers. It’s just us and a few helpers from the neighborhood. You can hear the hum of the machines throughout the day. It’s a bit noisy, but we’re used to it by now. We do everything ourselves, from cleaning the produce to getting it packed up for the buyers. Most of our customers are people we’ve known for years. We don't spend any money on advertising or fancy offices. The money goes back into the machines and the supplies. There’s usually grease on our hands and dust on our clothes by the time evening rolls around. It’s practical, hard work. We don't have any corporate titles or big meetings. We just talk over dinner or while we’re working on a machine that’s acting up. Ajani is a small place, and we like it that way. We’re just trying to run a decent business and provide something useful to the community. It’s not polished, and it’s not fancy, but it’s ours and we work hard at it every single day.
