My address is Quarter Number 241 in the CPWD Quarters at Seminary Hills. If you have been to Nagpur, you know that this area is actually quite nice because of all the trees and the hill. It is a bit quieter than the main city center, which I appreciate. I have been operating from this government housing for a good while. It is a very lived-in space. There are kids playing outside in the afternoons and people going for their evening walks. My workspace is just a small corner of the house where I keep all my records and my laptop. It is not professional in the sense of a glass building, but it is where all the real work happens. I handle a lot of local stuff for people in the neighborhood and beyond. Nagpur can get incredibly hot in the summer, so I usually keep the fans running full blast while I am typing away. People know me around here as the person who stays in 241. I do not have a big staff or a fancy logo. It is just a one-person show most of the time. I like the independence of it. You get to know your surroundings well when you work where you live. The CPWD quarters have a specific kind of feel to them, very old-school and stable. It is a good place to be if you like a bit of routine and a predictable environment every day.
