Quality Tea Co.

Our little shop, Quality Tea Co., is over at 131 Ladekar Layout. We are right near the Jahangir Mangal Karyalaya on Manewada Road. It’s a more residential kind of area compared to the big city markets, so things are a bit quieter around here. We’ve got a decent-sized space where we keep all our tea supplies. Most of the time, it’s just the sound of the tea being scooped into bags and the occasional customer coming in for their weekly supply. Being near the mangal karyalaya means we see a lot of people passing by when there are weddings or events happening. The shop itself is pretty plain. We have some shelves along the walls and a counter that has seen better days. We don't really have a marketing plan or anything like that; we just open the shutters in the morning and close them at night. Sometimes the neighbors stop by just to talk for a bit. It’s a friendly place. The Manewada Road traffic can get a bit loud during rush hour, but inside among the tea bags, it’s usually quite calm. We like it this way. It’s not a big corporate operation, just a local tea business where we know most of our customers by their first names. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the stock piles up and it gets a bit crowded in the back room.
