Purvesh Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are based at House Number 358 in the village of Manapur, which is in Ramtek. Purvesh Agro was started because a few of us farmers wanted to organize ourselves a bit better. The office is just a part of the house where we keep our files and meet up when we aren't in the fields. Manapur is a small village, so everyone knows where to find us. We don't have any big signs or a reception area. We spend most of our time outside, but when we have to do the business side, we sit down in the office and talk. Ramtek is known for its land and we try to make the most of what we have here. We deal with the local crops and try to find the best way to sell them. It’s a lot of manual labor and basic management. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just speak plainly about what we do. Sometimes the weather makes things very difficult, but that’s part of the life we chose. We help each other out with tools and advice whenever someone needs it. Our meetings are informal and usually involve a lot of talk about the soil and the rain. We are just a group of people trying to make a living from the land. It is a straightforward business without any bells or whistles. We do our best and keep moving forward every single day.
