Purushottam Bhattad & Co is tucked away in the Itwari area of Nagpur. Specifically, we are behind Amardeep Talkies near the Anaj Bajar. This is a very old and busy part of the city, full of markets and shops. Our office is on the first floor. Working in Anaj Bajar means there is always a lot of activity outside. Trucks coming in, people buying grain, it’s constant. We have been here for a good amount of time now. The building is older, but it serves our needs just fine. Being behind the talkies makes it easier to explain where we are to people. Itwari is the heart of trade here, so it feels right to be in the middle of it. The stairs to the first floor are a bit narrow, but everyone manages to get up here. We don't have a big corporate sign or anything like that. Just a small place where we get through our daily lists. It gets quite loud during the peak market hours, and a bit dusty too, but we are used to the noise. Most of our neighbors are also long-time business owners who have been around for decades. We just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. It’s not a fancy office with air conditioning in every corner, just a basic workspace with some fans. People know us in this neighborhood. We show up, do the work, and go home. That's how it goes for us in this part of town.
