Prapti General Store

We’ve been running Prapti General Store on C A Road in Wardhaman Nagar for quite a while now. The shop is located in a busy spot, especially with all the traffic moving towards Nagpur city. Being near the Nnsb makes it easy for people to find us when they are out doing their errands. It isn't a very big shop, just a regular space filled with shelves from floor to ceiling. We spend a lot of our morning just dusting things off because the road outside brings in a lot of dirt. We sell almost everything a household might need in a hurry, like soaps, biscuits, tea, and basic stationery. The local people from the nearby colony come in every day. We know most of them by their faces if not their names. To be honest, it gets a bit chaotic when three or four people want different things at the same time. We don't have a computer to track everything, we just know where we put the stock. It’s a lot of manual work, like dragging heavy sacks or unpacking crates of cold drinks. The summer heat in Nagpur can be really something, so the fan is always running, even if it doesn't do much. We don't have any big goals of expanding or anything like that. We just want to make sure we have what the neighbors need when they run out of milk or sugar. It's just a simple life here on C A Road.
