Our operations for Plasto Containers (I) Pvt Ltd are based out of J-3 in the M I D C Estate. Being in an industrial area like this means we are surrounded by other businesses and constant activity. It’s a very different vibe from the residential parts of town. Here, it’s all about getting the work out the door. Our facility isn’t anything fancy to look at from the outside, but it’s built for heavy use. Inside, we have our machines and storage areas laid out so we can move things around easily. We spend our days managing the floor and making sure everything is running like it should. It can get pretty loud and hot in here, especially during the summer months, but that's just the nature of the job. We don’t have a marketing team or a bunch of suits running things. It’s mostly just us in our work clothes, making sure the orders are handled. We like being in the M I D C because it’s easy for trucks to come in and out. It’s a practical location for what we do. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the other shop owners on this block. We often help each other out if someone needs a tool or a bit of advice. It’s a good community of working people. We just focus on doing our bit every day without any extra drama or complicated procedures.
