Pawas Tourism

We set up shop in Nagpur over at New Ramdaspeth. The office is in The Nook Building, unit 131, which is right near Lendra Park. It is a decent spot to work from because the area isn't as loud as some other parts of the city. We spend most of our mornings checking emails and talking to people who want to go on trips. Tourism is a funny business because things change fast. One day everyone wants to go to the beach and the next they are asking about the mountains. We just sit here and try to figure out the best routes for them. The office isn't anything fancy. It has some maps on the walls and a few desks that have seen better days. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. People just walk in and pull up a chair. Nagpur summers can get really hot, so the AC is usually running full blast all day. We know the local guys around the building and often get tea from the stall nearby. It’s a small team here at Pawas Tourism. We handle the bookings and the phone calls ourselves. Sometimes we lose track of time when the phone starts ringing a lot. It’s a simple life running a travel place in a neighborhood like this. We don't use big words or try to act like a giant corporation. We are just local folks helping other locals get where they need to be.
