Our place is at 275, Vyanktesh Nagar, right on the Airport Road. If you’ve ever driven past the airport, you’ve probably been quite close to us. We are Parikh Milk And Food Processing, and this is where all the work happens. Being near the airport means there is always a lot of traffic and the sound of planes, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We do a lot of processing here, turning the raw milk into different food products. It is a busy environment with machines running and people moving crates around. The building at 275 is pretty functional; it’s not meant to look pretty, just to be a place where we can get the processing done efficiently. We have a small team of people who have been with us for a while, and we all just know our roles. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits. We are usually in our work clothes, making sure the hygiene and the processing steps are followed. The Airport Road location is actually quite handy for getting our trucks out to different parts of the city. We don't really do much in the way of fancy branding or marketing. We just focus on the milk and the food we process every day. It’s a lot of work and it can get quite hot in the processing area, but we’ve been doing this for a long time now.
