Novelty Traveller

We are tucked away in the B Wing of the NIT Complex over here in Nagpur. If you know the Medical Square Road, you know it gets pretty busy with all the cars and people heading toward Untkhana Chowk. Our shop is B/8. We’ve been here for a bit now, right near the Axis Bank. It’s a handy spot because most people pass by here for one thing or another. When we first opened Novelty Traveller, the idea was just to help folks get their trips sorted without too much fuss. You walk in and it’s a pretty normal office. There are a few chairs, some papers on the desks, and usually a phone ringing. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and trying to figure out which bus or train makes the most sense for someone’s budget. It isn’t fancy. We don't have big leather sofas or anything like that. Just a quiet place where you can sit down and tell us where you need to go. Sometimes people just drop in because they’re at the bank next door and they remember they need to book something for the weekend. The traffic outside on the road is loud, but inside it’s mostly just us chatting or checking routes on the computer. We keep the doors open usually so a bit of the city noise comes in. It’s a practical setup for a travel business in a place like this. We just keep things moving.
