We started Nirmalmai Farmer Producer Company Limited because things weren't really working for us individually. We’re located over at House No. 8359 in the Abhayankar Choukitwari Peth area. It’s a busy spot, and we are usually there trying to figure out the best way to handle our harvests. It’s not some big corporate setup with glass walls and suits. It is just a few of us who know a thing or two about farming and wanted to help each other out. We focus on what the land gives us. Some days are long, and honestly, the paperwork can be a real headache, but we manage. Being in the Peth means we are close to the action. We mostly deal with the regular stuff farmers worry about every day. Water, seeds, and finding people to buy what we grow. We don't use big words or make huge promises we can't keep. We just work. Most of our families have been doing this for a long time, so it felt natural to put a name on it and try to grow together. It's a bit messy sometimes, like any real work, but we are proud of what we do. If you come by the house, you’ll likely see someone looking over bags or checking notes. That is just how we run things here. It's practical and it works for us. We're just trying to keep the tradition going while keeping up with how things change these days.
