Nibban Agro Industries (Opc) Private Limited is run from Plot No 110 in the Samaj Bhushan Society. This is in the Hingna area, on the rural side of Nagpur. Since it is an OPC, it is a small operation, mostly managed by one person with a bit of help here and there. Hingna is an interesting place because it is right on the edge of the city and the countryside. We are mostly focused on the processing side of things, trying to take what is grown nearby and turn it into something more useful. The office is really just part of the house, and it’s where all the decisions happen. It is not a polished setup at all. There are usually piles of bags or samples lying around, and the phone never stops ringing. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just deal with the reality of running a small agro business. Some days are good, some days the machinery breaks down and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing it. That’s just how it goes. We are just trying to build something solid here in Nagpur (Rural) and keep the local supply chain moving as best as we can. It’s a lot of work for one person, but we just take it one day at a time.
