Our office for New India Travels Pawan Travels is located at Plot No 4 on Dalda Company Road. We are right in the Cotton Market area of Nagpur, which is always a very busy place. You will find us right beside the Maruti Service Station, which most people use as a landmark. The shop itself is quite plain. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for people who are waiting for their bookings to be finished. We don't go in for fancy decorations or anything like that. Most of our work is just handling ticket bookings and talking to people about their travel plans. Cotton Market is a place that never really stops, and we are right in the middle of all that noise and movement. We have been doing this for a long time, so we know how the local travel business works. Sometimes people come in feeling stressed about their trip, and we just try to give them the information they need without any extra fuss. If a bus is running late or there is a change in the schedule, we have to spend the time calling everyone to let them know. It is a lot of small details that have to be handled every day.
