It’s a busy industrial area, so there are always trucks and workers moving around. Our plot is just one of many, but we’ve been here long enough that people know the way. We do two things here: we make ice and we provide cold storage. It’s a lot of maintenance work. You have to keep an eye on the temperatures every single hour. Jwari Nagar is a practical place for a business like ours. It’s not about looks here; it’s about getting the job done. The industrial estate has a lot of noise and activity. We have our own routine inside Plot No.93. We aren't some big corporate chain. We are just a local operation trying to keep things running smoothly. The cold storage part keeps us busy even when the ice demand is low. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and moving crates around. We don't have a fancy office. Most of the space is taken up by the freezing units and the storage rooms. If you come by, you’ll see us in our work gear, probably busy with a delivery or checking the compressors.
