Nagpur Shetkari (Spnf) Agro Producercompany Limited is based in Katol at Hn 02272. We are right in Laxmi Nagar and not too far from Murti Road. If you are in the area you will see the sign we put up. It is a simple place where we manage the agro producer side of things. Katol is a good town for this kind of work because everyone knows everyone. We spend a lot of time sitting around the table talking to local farmers who come in with questions. The floor is tiled but it gets dirty pretty fast with all the boots walking through. We have a couple of fans that creak when they spin. It gets very hot here in the summer and the office feels like an oven sometimes. We don't use any big words or corporate talk when we deal with people. We just speak the local way and try to solve problems as they come up. Most of the time it is about figuring out how to get the produce moved or where to find better supplies. We have a small stash of biscuits for when visitors come. It is a humble setup and we are not looking to make it look like something it isn't. Just a group of people in Katol doing their daily work.
